90 days, money back

If the ink doesn't hold the way we say it does, write to us within 90 days of delivery and we refund you. You keep the stamp — sending back an engraved item that carries your child's name makes no sense to us.

What we need

Your order number and one photo of the print after washing. That's all.

Personalised items

Because each stamp is engraved with your text, we can't resell it. That's why we refund rather than ask for a return.

A typo in the name

If the mistake is ours, we remake and reship free. If the name was typed wrong at checkout, we'll do one remake at half price — the live preview on the product page shows exactly what will be engraved, so check it before you order.

Damaged on arrival

Photo within 7 days, replacement shipped free.

Refund timing

Back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
