1. WHO OPERATES THIS WEBSITE

This website and online store are operated by Rajen LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, doing business as Stampira. Throughout this notice, "Stampira", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rajen LLC.

Email is our primary and fastest channel. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.

2. HOSTING AND PAYMENTS

This store runs on the Shopify e-commerce platform, provided by Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2L8, Canada — shopify.com. Shopify hosts the store and processes card payments on our behalf through Shopify Payments. We never receive or store your full card number.

3. WHAT WE SELL

Stampira designs and sells everyday consumer products for families. Our catalog changes over time: products may be added, updated or discontinued without notice, and a product shown on this site is not a commitment that it will remain available.

Some of our products are personalized or made to order: the text or configuration you submit at checkout is what we produce. Those orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase and not after, because production starts. The rules that apply to your order — returns, guarantees, delivery windows — are set out in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of our Terms of Service.

4. PRICES, CURRENCY AND TAXES

All prices are shown in US dollars and apply to the United States, which is the only country we ship to. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices, offers and bundle contents may change at any time, and a promotion may end without notice. The price that binds us is the one displayed on the order confirmation you receive by email.

We correct pricing and description errors when we find them, including after an order has been placed. If a correction affects your order, we contact you first and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. PROMOTIONS, COMPARISON PRICES AND INCLUDED ITEMS

Where a struck-through price is shown next to a product, or next to an item included in a bundle, it is a comparison price used to show the value of the offer. It does not necessarily correspond to a price previously charged for that item on its own. The price you pay is always the one shown in bold and confirmed in your order confirmation.

Where an item is announced as included at no extra cost, it is added automatically to qualifying orders, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for a discount, and does not have to be returned if you claim a refund.

6. PRODUCT IMAGES AND DESCRIPTIONS

Product photographs, renderings, lifestyle images and illustrations on this site are shown for illustration. Colors vary between screens, and images may show a product in use, in a set, or alongside items that are not included in what you buy. What is included in an order is always the written list on the product page and on your order confirmation — not the image.

7. CLAIMS WE MAKE ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Where we state a performance figure for a product, that figure describes normal domestic use in the conditions we describe on the product page, and is based on our own testing. It is not a guarantee for every material, every setting or every use. If a product does not perform as described, our Refund Policy applies.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The name Stampira, our logo, our page designs, texts, photographs, videos, illustrations and product configurators are the property of Rajen LLC or are used under license. They are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, resell or use any part of this site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use — sharing a link, screenshotting a product to show a friend — is fine and always was.

9. THIRD-PARTY NAMES AND TRADEMARKS

Any third-party brand, product name, retailer or platform mentioned anywhere on this site is the property of its respective owner. Such references are used only to describe a context, a compatibility or a comparison. They do not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.

10. CONTENT YOU SUBMIT

If you send us a message, a photograph or a review, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to reproduce it in connection with your order and with our customer support.

We do not publish customer content as marketing without asking you first, in writing.

You are responsible for what you ask us to produce. We reserve the right to refuse any personalization request that is unlawful, hateful, infringes a third-party trademark, or that we reasonably believe is intended to impersonate someone.

11. ADVERTISING

Stampira advertises on third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and other advertising networks. Content published by us on those platforms is advertising and is labeled as such by the platform. Any page, article or video presented as editorial content and paid for by us carries a visible paid-advertising disclosure.

12. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS (DMCA)

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, write to support@stampira.com with the subject line "DMCA", and include:

1. Your contact details;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
3. The exact URL of the material on this site;
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, and we notify the person who posted it.

This site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

We want this store to be usable by everyone, including people using assistive technology. If any part of this site is a barrier for you, email support@stampira.com and tell us what happened — we will fix it and, in the meantime, complete your order with you directly.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rajen LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing in this notice limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Our guarantee and refund commitments are set out in the Refund Policy and are in addition to the rights you have by law.

16. GOVERNING LAW

This notice and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

17. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

We may update this notice as the business changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
