WHERE WE SHIP

United States only. We do not ship internationally yet, and we do not ship to freight forwarders.

DELIVERY TIME

Standard products: 5 to 12 days from order to your door.

Personalized or made-to-order products: add 2 to 3 business days of production before the parcel ships, so count 8 to 14 days in total. Nothing ships from a shelf — your item is produced after you order it.

Peak weeks can add a few days; we email you if that happens. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees: once a parcel is handed to the carrier, its transit time is outside our control.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on the product and on your order total. The exact amount is always shown before you pay, and the rule that applies to a product is stated on its product page.

Name stamps: $4.95 on orders under $29, free on orders of $29 and over. The threshold is calculated on the order total after any discount and before tax.

Other products have their own shipping rule — a different free-shipping threshold, or a flat rate — shown on the product page and at checkout.

TRACKING

You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves. If it has not moved for 7 days, write to support@stampira.com and we chase the carrier.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Tell us within 12 hours of ordering and we fix it. On made-to-order items we cannot reroute once production has started. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we reship it once at no extra cost.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the parcel, tell us within 7 days and we investigate with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we remake and reship it at our cost.

TAXES

Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout. There are no customs or import charges on domestic US orders.
