OVERVIEW

Welcome to Stampira. "Stampira", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rajen LLC, doing business as Stampira — support@stampira.com.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, govern your use of stampira.com and everything you buy from us. By visiting or buying from this store, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. WHO CAN ORDER

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order. You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are allowed to use the payment method you enter. We sell to consumers for personal or household use, not for resale or export.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We sell everyday consumer products for families. Our catalog changes over time: products may be added, updated or discontinued at any time without notice.

Product photographs, renderings and lifestyle images are shown for illustration. Colors vary between screens, and an image may show a product in use or alongside items that are not included. What you receive is the written list on the product page and on your order confirmation, not what the image suggests.

3. PERSONALIZED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Some of our products are produced to your specification. Where that is the case:

The item is produced with the exact text and options you submit. The live preview on the product page shows what will be produced — please read it before you order.
Accented characters and symbols may be removed automatically, and the text is limited to the number of characters shown in the field.
Production starts 12 hours after your order is placed. Until then you can change the personalization or the address, or cancel for a full refund. After that we cannot stop production.
We may refuse any personalization request that is unlawful, hateful, that infringes someone else's trademark, or that we reasonably believe is intended to impersonate another person. If we refuse, we refund you in full.
You are responsible for the text you ask us to produce and you confirm you have the right to use it.

4. ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is unavailable, if the price was wrong, or if we suspect fraud — and in that case we refund you in full and tell you why.

5. PRICES, PROMOTIONS AND PAYMENT

All prices are in US dollars and apply to the United States. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping is charged as set out in our Shipping Policy.

Prices, discounts, bundles and promotions can change at any time and a promotion can end without notice. Where a struck-through price is shown next to a product or next to an item included in a bundle, it is a comparison price used to show the value of the offer; it does not necessarily correspond to a price previously charged for that item on its own. The price that binds both of us is the one shown on the order confirmation email you receive.

Where an item is announced as included at no extra cost with a product or a bundle, it is added automatically to qualifying orders, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for a discount, and does not have to be returned if you claim a refund.

We correct pricing and description errors when we find them, including after an order has been placed. If a correction affects your order, we contact you first and you may cancel for a full refund.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to the United States only. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes the parcel, but if a parcel is confirmed lost or damaged in transit we remake and reship it at our cost, as set out in the Shipping Policy.

7. RETURNS AND GUARANTEES

Our 30-day return rule, the specific guarantee attached to personalized name stamps, the rules for made-to-order items and the cancellation window are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Those commitments are offered in addition to the rights you have under applicable law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The name Stampira, our logo, our page designs, texts, photographs, videos, illustrations and product configurators belong to Rajen LLC or are used under license, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell, or use any part of it commercially without our written permission, and you may not use automated tools to extract its content.

Any third-party brand or product name mentioned on this site belongs to its owner and is used only to describe a context or a comparison. It does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

9. CONTENT YOU SEND US

If you send us a message, a photograph or a review, you keep ownership of it and you grant us permission to use it to handle your order and support request. We do not publish customer content as marketing without asking you first, in writing.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use this store to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to harass anyone, to transmit false information, to send malware, to scrape or resell our content, or to interfere with the security of the site. We may suspend access if you do.

11. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Stampira is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Stampira. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Stampira, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Stampira.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except for the guarantees we give in the Refund Policy and any warranty that cannot be excluded by law, this website and the products sold through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rajen LLC and its officers, employees, contractors and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or of any product bought through it, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

14. INDEMNITY

You agree to hold us harmless from claims brought by a third party because of the content you asked us to produce, or because you broke these Terms or the law.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Rajen LLC consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

16. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the store, and replace any earlier version.

17. CHANGES

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date at the top. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept it.
